ACCOUNT PROTECTION

How We Guard Your Data and Withdrawal Security

Account Verification

Before we process your first withdrawal, we verify your identity. You'll upload a government-issued ID and proof of address. This protects both you and artiqq against fraud and money-laundering risk.

Deposit and Withdrawal Logs

Every transaction via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS is recorded in your transaction history. You can view deposits, pending withdrawals and completed payouts anytime from your account wallet.

Two-Factor Authentication

We encourage you to enable 2FA on your account. Once active, any login from a new device requires a code sent to your phone, making it harder for someone else to access your funds.

Data Retention Policy

We keep your account data, game history and transaction records for the duration of your account and for a compliance period afterward. Personal data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

Right to Request Changes

You can ask artiqq to update or delete personal data subject to legal and operational constraints. Contact [email protected] with 'Data Request' in the subject line to begin.

Cookie and Tracking Consent

When you create an account, you consent to session cookies that keep you logged in and analytics cookies that help us improve the site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings anytime.

Terms and Conditions FAQ

If you violate our terms — for example, using multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting a system bug — artiqq may suspend your account and forfeit funds held in your wallet. We'll notify you of the breach and the action taken. You can appeal within 30 days by emailing [email protected] with details and evidence.

Yes. Log into your account, open Settings, then select 'Close Account'. We'll ask you to withdraw any remaining balance first. Once closed, your data is retained per our retention policy. You can reopen an account later, but we'll require fresh verification.

We retain your account data while your account is active and for seven years afterward for legal and tax compliance. Payment and transaction records are kept for this full period. You can request deletion of non-essential data sooner by contacting our team.

Report disputes within 14 days of the transaction. Use the in-account dispute form or email [email protected] with your account username, transaction ID and detailed explanation. Our team investigates within 5 business days and responds with findings and resolution.

Only if you consent. During account creation, you can opt into emails about new games and promotions. You can change this preference anytime in your account settings under 'Communication Preferences'. We never share your data with third parties without your permission.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are held in segregated merchant accounts, not in artiqq's general operating account. If the platform experiences temporary downtime, your funds remain accessible when we return online. For extended issues, contact support and we'll assist recovery.

artiqq may update terms to reflect legal changes, security improvements or operational changes. We'll notify you 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of your account after the notice period means you accept the new terms. You can close your account to reject changes.
